Venison Sausage

2½ lbs Venison

2½ lbs Pork Butt

1 tsp Mace

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Dry Mustard

1 Tbsp Salt

4 Cloves Pressed Garlic or Garlic Powder to taste

1 Cup Cold Water

Grind meat through coarse plate.  Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Grind mixture through medium plate (or fine plate if desired).  Stuff in hog casings or package bulk.
