3 Cups Red Wine

1 Cup Wine Vinegar

2 Bay Leaves

15 Peppercorns

1Tbsp Sage

1 Chopped Carrot

1 Large Onion Chopped

Marinate Meat 3 to 4 Days for roasts.

You can cut the rerecipe in half for chops and marinate for 2 to 3 hours
