Quick Saucy Chicken Casserole

3 c. cut-up chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
16 oz. frozen mixed broccoli/cauliflower/carrots
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Garlic, salt & pepper to taste
2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
Parsley Flakes

Mix chicken, soup, water, vegetables & seasoning.  Pour into ungreased 9 X 13 pan.  Stir Bisquick & milk.  Pour over chicken mixture.  Sprinkle with parsley.  Bake 450 degrees about 45 – 60 min. till center is firm.
