Breakfast Sausage

5 lbs. ground pork butt (or 3 lbs pork  & 2 lbs venison)

½ tsp thyme

1 tsp savory

½ tsp coriander

2 tsp sweet marjoram

1 tsp crushed bay leaf

1 Tbsp ground black pepper

1 cup cold water

Cut meat into small cubes or grind through a coarse plate

Mix seasonings with the meat and then add water and mix again

Grind mixture through a fine plate

Stuff in sheep casing or make into patties
