Barbecued Deer Steak

2# deer steaks
1 tsp. salt
2 TBS Butter
1 Lg. Onion, Minced
1 Bottle Barbecue Sauce
1/2 c. White Wine


Marinate steaks in milk for 1 hour.  Remove from milk, add salt & pepper.  Dredge in flour.  Brown in butter.  Layer steaks, onion and barbecue sauce in casserole dish.  Pour wine over the top.  Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Yields 6 servings.
