Coney Dog Sauce

Brown 3 lbs. ground venison or ground beef
Add: 8 Fine diced onions (medium size)
2 Cloves garlic, finely minced
3 Tablespoons vinegar
8 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsps Red Pepper Flakes
4 dashes Worchestershire sauce}
16 oz. Tomato Sauce
2 qts Water
Salt to taste

Bouquet bag:  50 whole Allspice and 12 Bay Leaves

Simmer 2 to 4 hours
