Barbecued Deer Steak

2 # deer steaks
Milk
1 tsp. salt
Flour
2 TBS Butter
1 Lg. Onion, Minced
1 Bottle Barbecue Sauce
1/2 c. White Wine

Marinade steaks in milk for 1 1 hour.  Remove from milk, add salt & pepper.  Dredge in flour.  Brown in butter.  Layer steaks, onion and barbecue sauce in casserole dish.  Pour wine over the top.  Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Yield 6 servings.
